Adriel Brathwaite claims Barbados BABA Hoops Agents weekly honour

Adriel Brathwaite (F) had a very impressive game in the last round for Station Hill Cavaliers and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 5.
The forward had a double-double of 37 points and 25 rebounds, while his team outclassed, the league's bottom-ranked team Tridents (#8, 0-5) with 66-point margin 129-63. Cavaliers maintains the 3rd position in Barbados BABA. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost two games earlier this season. Cavaliers will need more victories to improve their 3-2 record. In the team's last game Brathwaite had a remarkable 71.4% from 2-point range. It's his second year at Cavaliers and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Orange County Community College graduate has very impressive stats this year. Brathwaite is in league's top in points (7th best: 19.8ppg), rebounds (2nd best: 13.2rpg) and averages solid 2.2bpg and 61.9% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was another Cavaliers' star - guard Gavin Phillips (G). Phillips impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 42 points and 10 rebounds. Of course together with Brathwaite he helped Station Hill Cavaliers with another comfortable win outscoring Tridents (#8, 0-5) 129-63. Cavaliers' 3rd position in the standings has not changed. His team's 3-2 record is not bad at all. Phillips is well-known by Cavaliers fans and together with Adriel Brathwaite they both established positions among team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 21.6ppg (#3). His other stats are also decent: 6.0rpg and 3.4apg.

The third best performed player last round was another Cavaliers' star - Deveron Knight (190-F/G-2000). Knight showcased his all-around game by recording 28 points, 12 rebounds (!!!) and 6 assists in the last round. He was another key player of Station Hill Cavaliers, helping his team with a 129-63 easy win against Tridents (#8, 0-5). Cavaliers needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 3 victories and 2 lost games. Knight has a great season in Barbados. After only 5 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 26.0ppg (2nd best).
