Tyreke Harewood was the top scorer in the whole world yesterday having an unbelievable 51 points in his last game in the Lakers

51 points scored by center Tyreke Harewood (C, college: Orange CC) resulted in being the highest scoring player of the day in the world. His team the Lakers beat the Pinelands 118 to 94. On top of that he also recorded 18 rebounds that evening. He is the 5th best scorer in the league averaging over 20 points and almost 13 rebounds per game. As evident, the league is predominantly led by former college players, with 2 out of the 10 scorers having graduated from US schools.
Harewood won the NJCAA D2 Region XV championship title in 2024.
He was awarded Player of the Week in the Barbados League.
