Center Tyreke Harewood (C, college: Orange CC) was the top scorer of the day in the world with the 51 points he had in the Barbados league. Harewood graduated from Orange County Community College last year. His excellent performance made his team the Lakers beat the Pinelands 118 to 94. He also grabbed 18 rebounds that game. Harewood is the 5th best scorer in the league averaging over 20 points and almost 13 rebounds per game. 2 out of the top 10 highest scorers in the league are alumni of US colleges. He won the NJCAA D2 Region 15 championship title in 2024. Harewood was also awarded Player of the Week in the Barbados League.
