Nathaniel Scott claims Barbados BABA Hoops Agents weekly honour

Nathaniel Scott (G) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for NSC Combined Schools Tridents and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 8.
The guard had a double-double of 23 points and 12 rebounds, while his team crushed Lakers (#5, 4-5) with 22-point margin 111-89. Tridents is placed at 7th position in Barbados BABA. The season is in a full swing, so it's only a dream for the team to make it into top half of the standings. For contrary they may face relegation if the situation turns from bad to worse. Tridents have already lost 8 games and recorded just one victory. In the team's last game Scott had a remarkable 57.1% from 2-point range and got four three-pointers out of 6 attempts. It's his second year at Tridents and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Nathaniel Scott averages this season 9.8ppg and 5.4rpg.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was Brandon Ruck (G ) of Lakers Sports Club. Ruck impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 39 points and 13 rebounds. He was another key player of NSC Combined Schools Tridents, helping his team with a 111-89 easy win against slightly higher-ranked Lakers (#5, 4-5). Tridents can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 1-8 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Gaskin has individually a great season in Barbados. After only 8 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 18.9ppg (9th best) and assists with 4.4apg (9th best). He also has 2.3spg and a FGP of 50.5%.
