Kiserian Adams claims Barbados BABA Hoops Agents weekly honour

International Guard Kiserian Adams (193-G-2000) had an amazing evening in the last round for league's second-best C.A.M. Smart Assurance City United Celtics and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 11.
The 25-year old guard had the game-high 17 points adding eight rebounds and seven assists for Celtics in his team's victory, helping them to crush Pinelands (#4, 6-5) with 24-point margin 98-74. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. Celtics maintains the 2nd position in Barbados BABA. Celtics has a very good season and are considered to have a run for the championship title. They improved their record to 10-1. Adams turned to be Celtics' top player in his first season with the team. Baton Rouge Community College graduate has very impressive stats this year. Adams is in league's top in points (5th best: 21.2ppg) and averages solid 1.3bpg,2.6spg and 71.7% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was guard Gavin Phillips (G) of league's best team Station Hill Cavaliers. Phillips impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 31 points and 14 rebounds. Bad luck as Cavaliers was edged by slightly lower-ranked Bulls (#3, 8-3) 89-86. It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the title. Cavaliers still maintains its place as the top team in the standings, even despite this loss. His team belongs to top of the standings with 10-1 record and is considered one of the main candidates for the league title. Phillips is one of the most experienced players at Cavaliers and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 18.2ppg (#9). His other stats are also decent: 8.5rpg and 3.1apg.

The third best performed player last round was international guard Rahim Gibbons (178-G-1991) of Burger King Clapham Bulls (#3). Gibbons scored 27 points and passed 5 assists. He was a key player of Bulls, leading his team to a 89-86 win against #1 ranked Cavaliers. Bulls needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 8 victories and 3 lost games. Gibbons has a very solid season. In 11 games in Barbados he scored 14.1ppg. He also has 4.9rpg, 3.8apg, 2.4spg and a FGP of 61.2%.
