The most crucial game of the last round was another loss of top-ranked Cayenas (11-5) in Caracas on Tuesday night. Visitors were edged by third ranked Caribenas (9-6) 70-69. 26 personal fouls committed by Cayenas helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities.
