Worth to mention a great performance of Venezuelan guard Crismar Rojas who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points and 14 rebounds. Swingman Diobelis Batista (167-2005) contributed with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals for the winners. Colombian forward Paola Rivas (178) replied with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 14 rebounds and center Natasha Villar (178) added 13 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Cobras. Cobras' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. LA U have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place. Newly promoted Cobras keep the fourth position with five games lost. LA U will play against Amazonas (#3) in Cocle in the next round, which may be the game of the day.
