Date: November 19, 2022
Bottom-ranked Comunicaciones (0-10) is still winless. This time they lost on the road their tenth consecutive match to tenth ranked San Martin (4-2) 86-60. San Martin outrebounded Comunicaciones 43-31 including 36 on the defensive glass. The winners were led by Rolando Vallejos (195-2000) who scored that evening 14 points and 9 rebounds and the former international Matias Solanas (192-1998) supported him with 14 points. Five San Martin players scored in double figures. Even 19 points and 9 rebounds by center Eduardo Vasirani (206-1991) did not help to save the game for Comunicaciones. Point guard Luciano Guerra (184-1997) added 9 points and 4 assists for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. San Martin moved-up to seventh place. Comunicaciones at the other side still closes the standings with ten games lost. San Martin will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Comunicaciones will play at home against Argentino (#8) and looks forward to get finally their first victory.
