Regular Season Round 11: Brisas - Boston College 63-73

Rather predictable result when third ranked Boston College (3-3) won against 5th ranked Brisas (1-6) in Santiago 73-63 on Saturday. Boston College outrebounded Brisas 35-21 including 25 on the defensive glass. It was an exceptional evening for forward Rodrigo Rojas (-1997) who led the winners and scored 23 points. Guard Ivan Pacheco (-1994) accounted for 10 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists for the winning side. Guard Felipe Oyarzun (187-1989) came up with 7 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals and Cristopher Castillo (-1990) added 8 points respectively for Brisas in the defeat. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Boston College maintains third place with 3-3 record having five points less than leader Manquehue. Brisas lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the fifth position with six games lost. They share it with Liceo PN. Boston College will meet at home league's leader Los Leones in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Brisas will play against the league's second-placed Puente Alto (#2) and hope to win that game.
