We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 16th ranked Estudiantes C. (4-5) was defeated on the road by seventeenth ranked Rocamora (4-8) 71-56 on Thursday. It was a great evening for Galo Impini (194-1997) who led his team to a victory scoring 20 points and 7 rebounds. Center Alejandro Quigley (203-1993, agency: BIG) helped adding 13 points and 9 rebounds. Five Rocamora players scored in double figures. Rocamora's coach Agustin Pujol used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. The best for the losing side was point guard Mauro Gauna (186-1999) with 10 points and 5 rebounds and swingman Matias Sesto (190-1991) scored 8 points and 8 rebounds. Rocamora moved-up to twelfth place, which they share with Tucuman. Loser Estudiantes C. dropped to the eleventh position with five games lost. They share it with Villa Mitre. Rocamora will meet at home higher ranked Quilmes MP (#5) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Estudiantes C. will play against La Union (#4) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
