Regular Season Round 8: Caxias do Sul - Paulistano 66-63

The most exciting game of round 8 in the NBB took place in Caxias do Sul. This derby game ended with only three-point defeat on the road of 8th ranked Paulistano (4-5) to eleventh ranked Caxias do Sul (4-4) 66-63 on Friday evening. Caxias do Sul moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Sao Jose. Paulistano at the other side dropped to the tenth position with five games lost. They share it with UniFacisa. Caxias do Sul is looking forward to face Rio Claro (#14) on the road in the next round where they are favorite. Paulistano will play against U.Corinthians (#15) in Santa Cruz do Sul and is hoping to win this game.
