NBB top team - Vivo/Franca (11-0) had no problems winning another game on Thursday. This time they crushed sixteenth ranked U.Corinthians (1-8) in Sao Paulo 104-65. Vivo/Franca dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to U.Corinthians' 28 and made 19-of-24 free shots (79.2 percent) during the game. They outrebounded U.Corinthians 42-29 including a 36-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. The former international point guard Georginho de Paula (197-1996) nailed a double-double by scoring 25 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side and international center Lucas Silva (208-1995) accounted for 17 points and 6 rebounds. Four Vivo/Franca players scored in double figures.
