Regular Season Round 21: Racing - La Union 77-63

Leader Racing delivered the twelfth victory. This time they beat 5th ranked La Union (8-7) 77-63 in Chivilcoy. It was a good game for Luciano Ortiz (199-1999) who led his team to a victory with 18 points and 8 rebounds. Power forward Jose Peralta (202-1995) contributed with 15 points for the winners. Center German Frencia (202-1988) answered with 17 points and 5 rebounds and forward Emilio Gimenez (196-1995) added 13 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for La Union. La Union's coach rotated ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Racing (12-2) have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain first place. Newly promoted La Union dropped to the seventh position with seven games lost. Racing will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. La Union will play against Pilar (#15) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
