An interesting game took place in Florida where higher ranked Regatas (10-7) was upset on the court of fourteenth ranked Platense (9-12) 85-70 on Sunday. Platense made 23-of-27 free shots (85.2 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was point guard Felipe Massa (184-2002) who scored 21 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Santino Mazzucchelli chipped in 19 points and 8 rebounds. Platense's coach let to play all 12 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Venezuelan center Enrique Medina (218-2004) produced a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds and Fabio Gauto (190-2002) added 18 points respectively for the guests.
