Rather expected game when 12th ranked Urunday (7-13) was edged by tenth ranked Defensor (9-11) in Montevideo 75-73 on Tuesday. Defensor forced 21 Urunday turnovers. American-Jamaican Quintrell Thomas (203-1990, college: UNLV) nailed a double-double by scoring 16 points and 13 rebounds for the winning side and American-Haitian forward Wes Alcegaire (198-1994, college: BGSU) accounted for 20 points. Four Defensor players scored in double figures. Guard Abel Agarbado (179-1993) came up with 8 points, 6 rebounds and 10 assists and American-Nigerian swingman Tanksley Efianayi (198-1994, college: UCF) added 17 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Urunday in the defeat.
