Rather predictable result in Concepcion de Urug. where second ranked Obras (6-1) defeated 4th ranked Rocamora (2-5) 51-41 on Saturday. Obras made 24-of-31 free shots (77.4 percent) during the game, while Rocamora only scored six points from the stripe. They outrebounded Rocamora 44-29 including a 35-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was the former international Candela Gentinetta (181-2001) who had a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds. International Camila Suarez (178-2000) chipped in 13 points and 7 rebounds. Obras' coach Esteban Anfosso used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was point guard Antonella Gonzalez (155-1990) who recorded 8 points and 6 rebounds and Paula Santini added 6 points respectively.
