Very important is a road loss of third ranked Montmartre (5-3) against fourth ranked Instituto (4-5) on Sunday night. Visiting Montmartre was defeated by Instituto in a tough game on the road 41-45. Instituto outrebounded Montmartre 37-26 including 28 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of Giselle Botta who helped to win the game recording 13 points and 9 rebounds. Power forward Julia Centurion (190-2000) contributed with 9 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Instituto's coach Federico Moyano allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Colombian forward Mabel Martinez (180-1986) answered with 12 points and Andrea Rebola added 7 points in the effort for Montmartre. Instituto have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain fourth place with 4-5 record. Montmartre at the other side dropped to the second position with three games lost. They share it with Riachuelo LR.
