Santa Tecla 2 looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Cuban center Yayma Boulet (193-1984) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 30 points, 21 rebounds and 4 blocks. Point guard Aida Funes (171-1984) contributed with 14 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Dominican swingman Yadira Polanco (177-1992) replied with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 23 rebounds, 4 assists and 6 steals and forward Yenniffer Pena (180) added 17 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for LMMR 2. Santa Tecla 2 have a solid three-game winning streak. As mentioned above they are alone now at the top position. LMMR 2 at the other side keeps the fourth place with three games lost. LMMR 2 will play next round against strong San Salvador trying to get back on the winning streak. Santa Tecla 2 will try to continue on its current victory against third ranked Salvadorenas 2 at home.
