There was an upset when higher ranked Colon SF (11-14) lost on the road to fourteenth ranked Jachal (10-14) 86-80 on Friday. Jachal looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Pablo Aaron (199-2000) notched a double-double by scoring 26 points and 12 rebounds to lead the effort and Fabricio Cabanas (195-1999) supported him with 20 points and 5 rebounds. Even a double-double of 28 points and 15 rebounds by American forward Dwayne Russell (203, college: St.Thomas, FL) did not help to save the game for Colon SF. Power forward Gianfranco Sinconi (204-1994) added 10 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Jachal have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to twelfth place, which they share with Rocamora. Colon SF lost third consecutive game.
