Regular Season Round 4: Western Ballaz - Tiger Sharks 96-87

There was no surprise in San Ignacio where 7th ranked Tiger Sharks (1-4) were defeated by fifth ranked Western Ballaz (3-2) 96-87 on Friday. Worth to mention a great performance of American swingman Mark Gordon (196, college: Keiser) who helped to win the game recording 39 points (!!!) and 7 rebounds and center Macario Augustine who added 6 points and 22 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side American swingman Kyle Steward (201-1995, college: UMKC) responded with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds and point guard Francis Arana (180-1997) scored 20 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals. Four Tiger Sharks players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Western Ballaz moved-up to third place, which they share with Defenders and Red Taigaz. Tiger Sharks lost third consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with four games lost.
