The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Racers (3-1) in Ciudad de Mexico on Saturday night. Visitors were defeated by Quetzales (2-2) 77-72. Quetzales made 29-of-36 free shots (80.6 percent) during the game, while Racers only scored eight points from the stripe. Racers' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Quetzales are looking forward to face Mexcaltecas (#7) in Tepic in the next round. Racers will play against Lenadoras (#6) and are hoping to prove to their supporters that the loss was just an accident.
