There was no surprise when 9th ranked Colon SF (12-15) lost to second ranked San Isidro (24-6) in San Francisco 71-80 on Tuesday. Power forward Juan Cruz Oberto (200-1997) nailed 14 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side and point guard Santiago Luduena (176-1993) accounted for 13 points and 4 assists. San Isidro's coach Daniel Beltramo used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American forward Dwayne Russell (203, college: St.Thomas, FL) came up with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 17 rebounds and Tomas Botta added 18 points and 4 assists respectively for Colon SF in the defeat. Four Colon SF players scored in double figures. San Isidro maintains second place with 24-6 record having just two point less than leader Racing.
