The game in Puerto San Jose supposed to be also quite interesting. Fourth ranked Halcones (2-1) played at the court of 5th ranked Delfines (1-3). Halcones smashed Delfines 96-49 on Thursday. Halcones dominated down low during the game scoring 76 of its points in the paint compared to Delfines' 38. Halcones forced 38 Delfines turnovers. The former international swingman Miguel Gonzalez (187-1990) stepped up with a triple-double by scoring 29 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists and 11 steals for the winners and point guard David Monterroso (180-1979) chipped in 19 points and 6 rebounds. Five Halcones players scored in double figures. Jorge Gonzalez responded with 8 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists and Josue Silva scored 12 points and 6 rebounds. Delfines' coach gave up on the game allowing to play twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Halcones moved-up to second place, which they share with Forza. Loser Delfines dropped to the bottom position with three games lost. They share it with Dark Knights.
