There was no surprise in Santa Fe where 17th ranked Union (8-22) was defeated by eleventh ranked Boca Jrs (14-14) 66-57. Boca Jrs dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Union's 28. Boca Jrs had a 25-14 advantage in offensive rebounds. Forward Tiziano Prome (201-2005) orchestrated the victory by scoring 19 points and 8 rebounds. Center Nicolas Burgos (207-2003) contributed with 15 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Four Boca Jrs players scored in double figures. Matias Fleury (-2001) answered with 9 points and Facundo Chamorro added 7 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Union. Union's coach rotated twelve players in this game, but that didn't help. Boca Jrs maintains eleventh place with 14-14 record. Union lost third consecutive game.
