Bottom-ranked Atenas managed to get a third victory, breaking the five-game losing streak. This time they edged twelfth-ranked San Martin in Cordoba 81-79. Swingman Federico Mariani (190-1992) scored 30 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists (on 11-of-13 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and power forward Lee Aaliya (205-2004) chipped in 8 points and 11 rebounds during the contest. Swingman Emiliano Basabe (195-1992) responded with 12 points and 6 rebounds and the former international Matias Solanas (192-1998) scored 14 points. Four San Martin players scored in double figures. San Martin's coach Diego Vadell rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Atenas maintains twentieth position with 3-29 record.
