No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Dep Viedma (19-11) beat 12th ranked Quilmes MP (13-17) in Rio Negro 76-67 on Monday. Dep Viedma outrebounded Quilmes MP 42-29 including 29 on the defensive glass. Matias Eidintas (186-1995) nailed 21 points for the winning side and swingman Bernardo Ossela (195-1994) accounted for 15 points and 7 rebounds. Ezequiel Dupuy (185-1997, agency: BIG) came up with 23 points and the former international point guard Luis Cequeira (179-1985) added 16 points respectively for Quilmes MP in the defeat. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Dep Viedma maintains fourth place with 19-11 record. Loser Quilmes MP dropped to the eleventh position with 17 games lost. They share it with GELP and Montmartre. Dep Viedma will meet at home Rocamora (#14) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Quilmes MP will play against Villa Mitre in Bahia Blanca and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
