Regular Season Round 4: Arecibo - Mayaguez 69-71

The biggest surprise of round 4 was guest Indios' (2-1) road victory over Capitanes (#5) 71-69 on Tuesday evening. International forward Jordan Cintron (203-1998, college: Niagara) fired a double-double by scoring 13 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. American power forward Kaleb Wesson (208-1999, college: Ohio St.) chipped in 10 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Four Indios players scored in double figures. International Devon Collier (203-1991, college: Oregon St.) produced 6 points and 15 rebounds and American Aaron Harrison (198-1994, college: Kentucky, agency: Slash Sports) added 16 points respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Indios moved-up to second place, which they share with Fajardo. Capitanes at the other side dropped to the fourth position with two games lost. They share it with Ponce and Guaynabo. Indios is looking forward to face league's second-placed Cariduros in Fajardo in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Capitanes will play on the road against Mets in Guaynabo and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
