Very predictable result when eleventh ranked San Martin (17-17) won against 17th ranked Comunicaciones (9-24) in Mercedes 83-67 on Saturday. San Martin forced 20 Comunicaciones turnovers. The former international Matias Solanas (192-1998) nailed 26 points for the winning side and swingman Emiliano Basabe (195-1992) accounted for 14 points and 6 rebounds. American forward Will Vorhees (203-1995, college: NDC) came up with 13 points and 6 rebounds and the other American import guard Skyler Hogan (196-1997, college: SEMO, agency: Pro Sports) added 12 points respectively for Comunicaciones in the defeat. Four Comunicaciones players scored in double figures. Comunicaciones' coach Guillermo Saldana let to play ten players seeing no chance for a win.
