There was no surprise in San Fernando where 14th ranked Tinguiririca (3-16) was crushed by fourth ranked Puente Alto (14-6) 84-55 on Thursday. Puente Alto made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Tinguiririca's players. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Marquez Letcher-Ellis (203-1997, college: Nevada) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 24 points and 15 rebounds and forward Renato Munoz (-2003) who added 13 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists during the contest. The former international forward Gianncarlo Caraboni responded with 22 points and 7 rebounds and forward Felipe Gonzalez Burgos (183-1998) scored 5 points and 8 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Puente Alto have an impressive seven-game winning streak.
