Rather predictable result in Formosa where sixteenth ranked La Union (14-21) defeated 19th ranked Olimpico (7-28) 97-81 on Thursday. The best player for the winners was point guard Juan Gandini (175-2003) who scored 32 points. Guard Matias Pikaluk (185-2006) chipped in 24 points and 6 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was Francisco Paz who recorded 24 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists and guard Ignacio Gonzalez (187-2003) added 23 points respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. La Union moved-up to fifteenth place. Olimpico lost their fourteenth game in a row.
