Santa Tecla 2 forced 25 Salvadorenas 2 turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by Salvadorenas 2's players. Worth to mention a great performance of Cuban center Yayma Boulet (193-1984) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points and 18 rebounds. Cuban point guard Arlenys Romero (176-1984) contributed with 17 points and 7 assists for the winners. Fatima Marte answered with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 13 rebounds and point guard Fatima Aviles (161-1999) added 19 points in the effort for Salvadorenas 2. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
