The game between closely ranked teams ended with seventh ranked Pioneros Los Mochis' (12-18) home victory over bottom-ranked Halcones de Ciudad Obregon (9-21) 97-93 on Saturday. Pioneros Los Mochis will meet at home higher ranked Tijuana Zonkeys (#5) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Halcones de Ciudad Obregon will play against the league's leader Rayos de Hermosillo and hope to secure a win.
