It ended at the same time the eight-game winning streak of Sesi/Arara.. Vera Cruz forced 19 Sesi/Arara. turnovers. It was a good game for the former international swingman Carina Martins (175-1992) who led her team to a victory with 19 points and 5 assists. The former international power forward Aline Moura (185-1997) answered with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 11 rebounds and guard Maila Ciciardi (168-1993) added 16 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Sesi/Arara.Sesi/Arara.'s coach Joao Camargo rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Vera Cruz (4-5) moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Catanduva. Sesi/Arara. at the other side still keeps top position with one game lost.
