Very significant was Atletico Nacional's (#4) 26-point road victory against much higher ranked Saracho 86-60. It was a key game for the second position in the league. Atletico Nacional forced 20 Saracho turnovers. American guard DMonta Harris (196-1997, college: Midwestern St.) nailed 26 points and 8 rebounds for the winning side and the former international forward Cristhian Camargo (194-1992) accounted for 11 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. Alejandro Vedia (-1997) came up with 14 points and Argentinian-Chilean Jorge Coronado (197-1989) added 7 points and 8 rebounds respectively for Saracho in the defeat. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Atletico Nacional (6-3) moved-up to second place. Saracho at the other side dropped to the third position with four games lost. They share it with CAN Oruro and San Simon.
