Pioneros Los Mochis made 26-of-29 free shots (89.7 percent) during the game. American guard Kennedy Jones (188-1989, college: Arlington Baptist) scored 33 points (!!!) and 5 rebounds (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line) to lead the charge for the winners and Swiss point guard Jordan Stevens (182-1994, college: Midwestern St.) chipped in 26 points and 5 assists (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) during the contest. Four Pioneros Los Mochis players scored in double figures. American guard Jarron Cumberland (196-1997, college: Cincinnati) responded with a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!), 10 rebounds and 7 assists and Colombian Michaell Jackson (190-1987) scored 18 points. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.
