An interesting game for Pinelands (10-1) which played road game in against 4th ranked Lakers (6-5). First ranked Pinelands had an easy win 102-67. Pinelands outrebounded Lakers 53-28 including a 37-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Lakers' players. Worth to mention a great performance of Deveron Knight who helped to win the game recording 25 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. Guard Deroni Hurley (-2001) contributed with 17 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Five Pinelands players scored in double figures. Pinelands' coach felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Justin Bramao replied with 20 points and Anand Joseph-Thorne added 10 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists in the effort for Lakers. Pinelands have an impressive ten-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 10-1 record. Lakers at the other side keep the fourth place with five games lost.
