Olimpia K. outrebounded Felix Perez 52-40 including 43 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. American guard Thomas Cooper (196-1992, college: Calgary) nailed a double-double by scoring 26 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side and Argentinian center Ignacio Alessio (203-1987) accounted for 19 points and 9 rebounds. Leonel Bettiga came up with a double-double by scoring 27 points, 12 rebounds and 8 assists and the former international center Guillermo Araujo (204-1982, agency: Pro Sports) added 16 points and 7 rebounds respectively for Felix Perez in the defeat. Five Olimpia K. and four Felix Perez players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
