Bottom-ranked Corsarios (0-14) is still winless. But it was rather predictable considering how strong their opponent was. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their 14th consecutive match to third ranked Piratas (10-4) 67-43 on Monday evening. The best player for the winners was Dominican-Argentinian forward Xavier Carreras (198-1994) who scored 30 points and 9 rebounds. American power forward Jalen Dupree (205-1998, college: Tennessee St.) chipped in a double-double by scoring 12 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists. Argentinian center Guillermo Saavedra (200-1986) produced a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds and Carlos Morales (192) added 10 points respectively for the hosts. Corsarios' coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Piratas moved-up to second place. Loser Corsarios still closes the standings with 14 games lost.
