There was a surprise result in Potosi where ninth ranked Leones (5-7) won against 4th placed Univ.Sucre (6-6) 84-72 on Tuesday. It was a great evening for Julian Morales who led his team to a victory scoring 7 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international point guard Martin Ochoa (185-1994) helped adding 8 points and 9 assists. Leones' coach Mariano Aguilar used a ten-player rotation saving starting five for next games. The best for the losing side was American guard Haylen Washington (196-1994, college: Co.Georgia) with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists and the other American import forward Jesse Johnson (201-1995, college: EWC) scored 13 points and 9 rebounds. Four Univ.Sucre players scored in double figures. Leones moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Saracho. Univ.Sucre at the other side dropped to the fifth position with six games lost. They share it with Calero.
