Regular Season Round 11: Indios - Reales 99-88

The most crucial game of the last round was another loss of top-ranked Reales (11-5) in San Francisco on Tuesday night. Visitors were defeated by fourth ranked Indios (10-7) 99-88. It may be a crucial game in the contest for the top position in the league. It was a great evening for Luismal Ferreiras (197-2003) who led his team to a victory scoring 22 points and 8 rebounds. American Curtis Hollis (198-1998, college: Hutchinson) helped adding 18 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Indios' coach Victor Ortega used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American point guard Quade Green (183-1998, college: Washington, agency: Octagon Europe) responded with 23 points and 4 assists and guard Gelvis Solano (185-1994, college: Merrimack) scored 10 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. Four Indios and five Reales players scored in double figures. Indios moved-up to second place. Reales at the other side still keep top position with five games lost. Indios are again looking forward to face league's leader Reales in La Vega in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Reales will play on the road against Titanes in San Cristobal and are hoping to win this game.
