Finals Game 4: Cafeteros - Carrib.Storm 70-92

Caribbean Storm claimed LPB title. They outgunned Cafeteros in Game 4 of the Finals to conquer the trophy. The game was mostly controlled by Storm. Cafeteros managed to win third quarter 21-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Storm dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Cafeteros' 24. They outrebounded Cafeteros 52-30 including a 21-10 advantage in offensive rebounds. 26 personal fouls committed by Cafeteros helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of international forward Andres Ibarguen (200-1996, college: Angelo St., agency: Helping Ballers) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 13 points, 16 rebounds and 4 assists and American Dominique Morrison (198-1989, college: ORU, agency: Haylett Sports) who added 21 points and 6 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) during the contest. Five Storm players scored in double figures. At the losing side American guard JaQuaylon Mays (185-2000, college: Fort Lewis) responded with 16 points and Venezuelan point guard Edson Tovar (180-2004) scored 14 points. Cafeteros' coach Hernan Dario Giraldo gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win.
