Another interesting game was a derby match between two teams from Santiago: Boston College (#7) and Sergio Ceppi (#2). Sergio Ceppi was defeated at home 62-67 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. Boston College forced 19 Sergio Ceppi turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Cristobal Ordonez (195-2004) who helped to win the game recording 27 points and 9 rebounds and Lucas Marquez (196) who added 8 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. Boston College's coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. The best for the losing side was Boris Guerra (-1987) with 23 points and 4 assists and forward Gabriel Gonzalez (-2001) scored 9 points and 6 rebounds. Boston College (3-7) moved-up to sixth place. Sergio Ceppi at the other side keeps the second position with four games lost. Boston College will play against higher ranked Arabe de Valp. (#3) in Valparaiso in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Sergio Ceppi will have a break next round.
