The game with biggest result difference took place in Manizales. Local Sabios (1-6) were outscored by second ranked Storm (6-1) 112-57 on Wednesday night. Storm dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Sabios' 38. Storm forced 19 Sabios turnovers and outrebounded them 42-21 including a 35-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. They shot the lights out from three sinking 15 long-distance shots on high 53.6 percentage. Storm maintains second position with 6-1 record behind leader Titanes, which they share with Cafeteros. Sabios lost fifth consecutive game. They dropped to the tenth place with six games lost. They share the position with Tigrillos. Storm will meet at home Tigrillos (#10) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Sabios will play against Cimarrones in Quibdo-Choco and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
