Not a big story in a game in Florida where Platense was defeated by Comunicaciones 96-87 on Friday. Comunicaciones outrebounded Platense 47-30 including a 29-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Point guard Agustin Passone (180-2003) had a double-double by scoring 28 points, 12 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals to lead the charge for the winners and Mateo Rearte (-2006) chipped in 26 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. Four Comunicaciones players scored in double figures. Swingman Mariano Goicoechea (195-2004) responded with 39 points (!!!) and Santino Mazzucchelli produced a double-double by scoring 26 points and 10 rebounds. Platense's coach Alejandro Perez tested eleven players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
