Very expected game in Izalco where 6th ranked Santa Tecla (5-10) was defeated by second ranked Brujos (10-3) 78-69 on Wednesday. Brujos forced 25 Santa Tecla turnovers. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Brujos made 10 blocks. The best player for the winners was Dominican forward Adonis Lopez (-1997) who had a double-double by scoring 32 points and 19 rebounds. Dominican forward Alejandro De Los Santos (193-2002) chipped in 30 points and 7 rebounds.
