But Santiago Max was not able to use a home court advantage and was rolled over by the opponent from Santiago 83-53 on Sunday night. Immortals dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Santiago Max's 32 and made 16-of-19 free shots (84.2 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Santiago Max 49-25 including a 29-13 advantage in defensive rebounds. American guard Khalil Small (190-1995, college: Green Bay) fired a double-double by scoring 32 points, 15 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. His fellow American import forward Tay Hall (197-2003, college: Gulf Coast CC) chipped in 14 points and 9 rebounds. Four Immortals players scored in double figures. Julio Estrella produced 14 points and Franklyn Sabater added 10 points respectively for lost side. Immortals will meet Moca Superior in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
