Another interesting game was again a derby match of two local teams from Nassau:Giants (#1) and Tucker Boys (#3). Giants (13-0) smashed visiting Tucker Boys (6-8) by 35 points 84-49 . It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Tucker Boys. Giants held Tucker Boys to an opponent 24.2 percent shooting from the field compared to 52.2 percent accuracy of the winners. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Giants have an impressive 13-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 13-0 record. Loser Tucker Boys keep the third place with eight games lost.
