There was no surprise when 15th rankedGELP (9-19) lost to second ranked Racing (21-16) in Chivilcoy 64-81 on Thursday. Point guard Alejo Barrales (174-1991) notched 9 points, 8 rebounds, 9 assists and 4 steals to lead the effort and forward Norberto Stucky (198-1994) supported him with 14 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Racing players scored in double figures. Racing's coach Diego D´Ambrosio used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Even 19 points and 7 rebounds by point guard Alan Moreno (185-1997, agency: BIG) did not help to save the game for GELP . Juan Pagella added 8 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists. Racing maintains second position with 21-16 record behind leader San Isidro. GELP lost ninth consecutive game. They keep the fifteenth place with 19 games lost.
