Regular Season Round 29: Argentino - Olimpico 69-61

There was no surprise in Junin where 20th ranked Olimpico (3-22) was defeated by sixteenth ranked Argentino (10-16) 69-61 on Monday. Guard Augusto Gennero (188-2003) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 11 rebounds for the winners and forward Santino Romegialli (204-2003) chipped in 10 points and 10 rebounds. Argentino's coach Juan Martin used an eleven-player rotation saving starting five for next games. Point guard Cesar Martinez (182-2007) responded with a double-double by scoring 12 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists and Enzo Facelli (-2003) scored 19 points and 6 rebounds. Argentino moved-up to thirteenth place. Loser Olimpico stay dead last with 22 lost games. Argentino will meet at home higher ranked Union (#10) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Olimpico will have a break next round.
