Regular Season Round 6: Colo Colo - Quilpue 65-45

LNB 2 top team - Colo Colo (6-0) had no problems winning another game on Saturday. This time they crushed seventh ranked Quilpue (4-3) in Santiago 65-45. Colo Colo outrebounded Quilpue 45-29 including 32 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was the former international Jorge Schuler (199) who scored 11 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Juan Peters (-1993) chipped in 7 points and 8 rebounds. Colo Colo's coach Ernesto Menchaca used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was Jose Toledo (-2002) who recorded 18 points and 8 rebounds and Hilario Sanchez (-1999) added 12 points and 9 rebounds respectively. Colo Colo have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 6-0 record. Loser Quilpue dropped to the fourth place with three games lost. They share the position with Stadio Italiano. Colo Colo will meet Arabe de Valp. (#3) in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Quilpue will have a break next round.
